The license to use and distribute the
        SharewareStatistics statistics system
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  The current license agreement is made between the SharewareStatistics
  system user and Zecos Software. Before installing and using the system
  read this license agreement attentively. If you don’t agree with one
  of the points, you mustn’t install and use this system. By installing
  and using this system you mean you fully agree to ALL points of the
  current agreement.

  The license agreement comes into power since you purchase the system
  and is valid during the whole term of the system exploitation.

  The SharewareStatistics site statistics collection and analysis system
  is distributed according to the following points:

  1. Zecos Software exclusively owns all the copyrights on the
     SharewareStatistics software product.

  2. Before you install the system on the site you must purchase the
     license to use the SharewareStatistics system.

  3. There are three main license types of using the SharewareStatistics
     system:

     a) One site license. You purchase ONE license for installing and using
        the SharewareStatistics system on ONE site.

     b) Multi site license for three sites. By purchasing this license you
        get the right to install and use the SharewareStatistics system on
        not MORE THAN THREE sites OWNED by the SharewareStatistics system
        purchaser.

     c) Multi site unlimited license. By purchasing this license you get
        the right to install and use the SharewareStatistics system on ALL
        the sites OWNED by the SharewareStatistics system purchaser.

     After having purchased the system the user gets the non-exclusive
     license to USE the SharewareStatistics system for any legal purposes
     on the number of sites corresponding to the purchased license.

  4. No SharewareStatistics system copy, not a single part of it can be
     given to the third part (sold, rented or distributed in any other way).

  5. The user can change, add or remove any files of the purchased
     SharewareStatistics system copy. But the user is forbidden to remove
     the information concerning the copyright.

  6. No physical or legal person has the right to distribute the
     SharewareStatistics system without the copyright owner’s written
     permission.

  7. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE
     SHAREWARESTATISTICS SYSTEM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ZECOS SOFTWARE
     DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
     WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
     NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
     OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  8. The user gets the guarantee services of the system for one year beginning
     with the moment of its purchase. The guarantee service includes the system
     bugs fixing, free downloading and installation of the new system versions.

  9. The system user can purchase an additional year of the service guarantee
     for 30% of the current system cost. 

  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Zecos Software.

  All the rights not mentioned in this license agreement clearly belong to
  the copyright owner.
